Hi everyone! Soo, I decided to play a promo game! Here are the rules:
Submit any makeup photo, such as a picture of a certain lipgloss or a makeup look (Those are just examples!).
If that is a photo that I haven’t seen before and I like it, you will go into a group of so called Pre-Winners. (Higher chance of getting into a group if you submit your own photo, preferably good quality)
Then, I will announce all the Pre-Winners in one post (That means that all the Pre-Winners will get a promo!) and slowly start posting their submissions, slowly going to the submission which got first place.
I will only post your submission IF you made it into the Pre-Winners group.
On your submission, you can write anything, including your tumblr name and such :D
TOP 3 SUBMISSIONS WILL GET:
1st Place: PERMANENT place on the ~Promo Page, and 3 separate promos throughout the day! (As well as the Pre-Winners Promo)
2nd Place: 2 promos throughout the day! (As well as the Pre-Winners Promo)
3rd Place: A single promo! (As well as the Pre-Winners Promo)
The game ends in 1-2 days, depending on how many submissions I get.
Guys, I was just wondering, would any of you like a promo game? If you want, then Like this post and then if it gets enough likes in around 30-60 minutes, then i m gonna do a promo game. If it doesn’t forget this post ever existed :P
Hi, Im going to start doing my own make up on some of my friends & college students...But i have most of the techniques down and i love doing people's make up but, Do you think that I should shadow a professional makeup artist before starting my own makeup on ppl?
Well, I think it depends on how confident you are… For example if you are not exactly sure if certain techniques will work out for your friends then I would suggest shadowing a professional makeup artist, and there is nothing really wrong with that :)
However if you are feeling confident, then i say go ahead! Nothing is stopping you, and your only limit is your imagination C:
Hi! :) I really like your blog ad I was wondering if you could help me. I don't really like wearing too much make up. I usually just use concealer and a blotting oil powder from Mac, but I want something a little more to hide more of my imperfections. My face gets really oily and it's such a bother :/ it would be amazing if you could recommend me a foundation, a concealer, a power, and a blush that wouldn't just increase the oils but combat it somewhat. Thank you so much in advance. :)
Hello! Thank you :)
First of all, makeup for your skin should not be oil-based, because if it is, it will just leave a really glossy shine on your face. :(
After a bit of research on the internet, here are the best products I could come up with :D :
Benefit’s Hello Flawless Oxygen Wow Makeup and Clarins Ever Matte Oil-free Foundation, MAC StudioFix Powder are really good foundations for oily skin. :D
L’Oreal Studio Mattifying Primer, Clinique Pore Minimiser or MAC Oil Control Lotion are all amazing mattyfing primers.
As for concealers, Stilla Cosmetics Perfecting Concealer and Monave Mineral Makeup Concealer-Foundation will work perfectly, not only because they absorb excess moisture, but it does not clog pores as well! C:
And as for brushes, use Sigma Flat top Synthetic Kabuki brush, MAC 190 and Coastal Scents Dome Kabuki Brush :D
I'm going to buy an eyelash curler soon. Is there anything in particular that makes an eyelash curler good quality? I mean, what should I look for?
Well, there are a couple of things you need to look out when buying an eyelash curler. :D
First of all, you need to make sure that an eyelash curler has interchangeable pads. If it does=great, if it doesn’t= this can cause some serious infection if you use that curler for too long :(
Also, eyelash curler differ by the size of your lashes. If you have small eyelashes, buy something know as the “precision eyelash curlers”.
Another thing which is worth mentioning, is that when you buy an eyelash curler and use it, check to see if the curler makes your eyelashes look longer and thicker and not bent(because this can really damage your eyelashes or pull them out in longterm).
Hope this helps, and extremely sorry for not replying for such a long time,
I recently purchased the Naked pallet, do you have any suggestions for "every-day" looks you can create with it?
Hii! Sorry for not answering your question for quite some time now, was kind of busy with my IGCSE’s and I only had time to reblog posts. :/
Here are some ideaass:
^This looks really fresh, and will give you a nice option to experiment with your lipsticks and lipglosses, so that means that you can use nearly any lipstick/lipgloss, depending on how your outfit. C:
^This is a more visible makeup look compared to the last one, also can be used with nearly any lipstick/lipgloss composition. :)
^This is another bright-ish look you can achieve with the Naked palette. I would love to wear this during summer, due to the golden-esque shimmer this look is giving out. :D I suggest using a nude lipstick for this look.
