I have a black, mid thigh length Betsey Johnson dress that has subtle fushia highlights (the bodice part is fushia with black mesh and sequins over it, so it's not that visible, and the hems on the layers of the skirt are fushia as well) and I'm at a loss for makeup! I'm not sure what I should do for eyes or lips.

Hii!! Here are some ideass C:

^A bit of eyeliner and pink eyeshadow on the bottom(feel free to change the eyeshadow to match the fuchsia part of your dress) will make your eyes really stand out. But make sure that you have a non-smudge-able eyeliner, otherwise this look can turn out really messy. For the lips, use a light pink lipstick, or lipgloss. :P

^The smokey eyes will really compliment your dress, as well as go with the textures of it. I would suggest using anything as long as it does not stand out. C:

Hope this helps

Which brush is best to use to apply eye shadow? The one that it comes with or a different one?

I normally use a different brush instead of the one which came with the eyeshadow, because some companies develop special brushes sold in separate packages, while the companies which you got the eyeshadow from mainly focus more on the eyeshadow than the brush. I also noticed that the brushes which came with the eyeshadow tend to break much more easily than the other ones. C:

Hope this helps,

What are some good clubbing makeup looks? :)

Oooh! Clubbing! :D

I would go for glittery, bright looks (Just make sure that if you are going to use glittery eyeshadow it wont fall down, since that can make your makeup look messy and unproffesional :P) Some ideas:

I m just giving you a general idea, since these will only work with certain dress types and dress colours C: Oh and by the way, just a warning: some of these looks might make you appear younger than you are (if you are below 25), so do use these with caution :P

Hope this helps,

Hello! So I have this hot pink outfit with a navy blue contrast, it has silver embroidery like rhinestones/gems I was wondering what kind of eye makeup I should do?:)

Hii! Your dress has a lot of contrast between itself (hot pink/navy blue), so therefore i would not recommend having a lot of bright makeup. :)

Here are some ideas:

^A natural look, with a bit of eyeshadow and eyeliner will outline your eyes and at the same time your makeup won’t be too overpowering. I would suggest using a pale pink lipstick for this C:

^This will go with the colour scheme and will match the hot pink part of your dress. It is not too bright so it is okay to use this kind of design. Also, if you will be using pink eyeshadow, make sure that the powder does not fall below your eyes. Go for a beige lipstick with this look :P

he my dress is plain black and i added a blue color to it andd i need help with some makeup

Hi!!

I would suggest trying for black-blue smokey eye. Here are some more ideas:

^This will go well with your dress due to the matching colour scheme. I would suggest this look for a party, not extremely formal, and definitely not something on a day to day basis.

^Even though this design does not convey a lot of blue, i think it will still go well with your dress due to it having a grayish hue, which i think works with blue tones. Can use nearly any lipgloss/lipstick, as long as they are not extremely bright or neon.
